Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The price depends on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Keeping Track of Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will get a tracking number.

Having trouble?

Delays: Sometimes shipping may take longer because of bad weather, natural events, or carrier problems. If this happens, we will let you know.

Shipping Carriers

We use Chronopost, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Colis Privé, & DHL for local and international shipping.

Domestic Orders (within the country):

Most packages arrive in 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are sent the next business day.

International Orders:

Once dispatched, your order will take an estimated 7 to 20 business days to deliver, depending on location and customs.

Please note that the delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Holidays, weekends, customs, and weather can all slow things down.

International Taxes & Duties

If you order from outside the country, you may have to pay customs fees or taxes. These are not included in shipping costs and are collected by your country’s customs office.

Missing or Lost Packages

Lost Packages: If tracking says your package was delivered but you didn’t get it, please contact us within 7 days.

Undeliverable Packages: If your package comes back because the address was wrong, you may need to pay extra shipping costs to resend it.
